Pray the Answer!
Call to Me and I will answer you, and tell you [and even show you] great and mighty things, [things which have been confined and hidden], which you do not know and understand and cannot distinguish. Jeremiah 33:3 AMP
When you pray, don’t babble on and on as the Gentiles do. They think their prayers are answered merely by repeating their words again and again. Matthew 6: 7-8 NLT
This is the time of year that many of us reflect on where we are, make resolutions, goals, plans… We as a ministry always encourage the reader to keep God first, pray in the name of Jesus and listen and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit…
Also, to keep our relationship with Father God and our prayers fresh not tedious from familiarity. There should always be progress (forward movement, development). Knowing that what we have grasped we have grasped. When we get those personal revelations, certain things will not shake us because we know for sure God has that covered in our lives.
I broke my leg/ ankle a few years ago and was bed ridden so as the caregiver I could not do the daily meals… My mother said what are we going to do. My response was “if God has to send a Saint Bernard to the gate with a backpack containing what we need He will do it.” Shortly after that confession the most unlikely person called and said Theresa can your mom come to the gate, I have some food and things for you guys. Nehemiah 6:9 says, “They were all trying to frighten us, thinking, “Their hands will get too weak for the work, and it will not be completed.” But I prayed, “Now strengthen my hands.”
Nehemiah prayed the answer “strengthen my hands”. When we pray the answer in line with His Word God hears and answers maybe not the way you expected or in the time frame you want but know it is coming. Pray without ceasing, pray about everything thanking God for the answer. Ask boldly like a child asking for money because he hears the ice cream man on the next street. 😊
Pray in faith Mark 11:22-25 “And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God…” Remember without faith it is impossible to please God, so work your faith and pray the answer not the problem. The Word says, “The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.” Psalms 34:10. 💕
