Happy New Year!

The Word of God says “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and for ever.” Yes, this it is a New Year 2023 but know that Gods love, promises, devotion to us is the same, everlasting beyond anything we can ask or think…
This is true for believers young or old the key for us is to do as King Uzziah who was 16 years old when we became King in 2 Chronicles 26 did “He set himself to seek God in the days of Zechariah, who instructed him in the fear of God, and as long as he sought the LORD, God made him prosper.”
There is a lot in that verse. The king was a faithful seeker of God. He was trained by Zechariah (pastor, teacher, mentor… someone who spoke into his life) to live an obedient/godly life. That was the key to his success and ours.
Take this new year for what it is “a now for the first time” and advance yourself/life like never before. I will tell you like the administrator of the ministry school where I graduated from would tell me every time, I got stuck on a class assignment or life situation. “Oh, Theresa that’s nothing you’ve got that!”.
2023 here we come ready to advance and hold, recognize and avoid the schemes of the enemy, staying levelheaded, following your lead Father God and giving you all the glory every step of the way. Thanks, Lord Jesus, for another year! 💕
