Come See About Me!

“For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” Hebrews 4:15-16

Have you ever felt like no one was listening to you or that they just did not understood what you were going through? The situation may not seem like much to someone else but to you it is very important. This happens to everyone from time to time. Whatever it is God has the answer.

Take some time this week and place whatever is bothering you from your bills, health, children, finance, family matters, job, your future… throw it up on the wall of your mind, write it down but just get it before the Lord. Jesus says in Matthew 7:7 says “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.”

My pastor used to say that the answer to your problem passes by you about 21 times a day. I have found that to be true. Sometimes we are so caught up in the situation until we do not see the answer when it comes.

Listen for God to answer.

Do not be so rigid in the way that the answer may come.

Do not put God in a box.

He does not necessarily come in the same way all the time.

1 John 5:14 says,” This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us”.

Then just do what He says to do. Psalm 32:8 says “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you.”  Just remember to try the spirit to make sure it’s God who gave the answer (read 1 John 4:1-5).

We are so important to God listen to what He says, “He shall send from heaven, and save me from the reproach of him that would swallow me up. Selah. God shall send forth his mercy and his truth.

Psalms 57:3

Just believe it, put the work in and watch.  God will come see about you. 💕
