God is a Good God!
The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him. It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD. Lamentations 3:25-26
Declare right now. God is a good God!
Pastor Oral Roberts started saying” God is a Good God” years ago, the statement is simple, profound, and true. He got that revelation while reading the Bible during a difficult time in his life and it delivered him and he shared it with the world. Now is not the time to look to the world or at what is going and stop trusting God for a moment. Not Now!
Do not let go of your Faith Hebrews 6:12 “That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises”. Our ancestors in the Word of God and in the natural held on to God not knowing sometimes where they were going or what was around the corner in their lives. I just saw this old watch in the spirit realm. It was the kind with the little stem that you pull out to reset or push in and turn to start running again. That is what we have to do with our faith reset it if we need to but always keep it running.
Hold on to your Dreams Habakkuk 2:3 “For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry”. Hold on to your dreams and prayers for you, your family, others, the world we live in. Declare it again God is a Good God
Keep your flesh under control Galatians 5:16 says “But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. Control your anger, your tongue, thoughts, emotions… Operate in the supernatural, walk in love, pray, fast and when you find yourself in a rough/tight situation ask yourself the question what would Jesus do?
Move on but don’t let go Psalm 27:14 “Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD”. Move on from the situation, person, place or thing, but not the principle or foundational truth. For example, if you believe in God’s institution of marriage just because you experience a bad marriage(s) or are not married yet do not give up. or the principle of giving do not stop giving because times get difficult or may you lost some money is a situation. Just remember God gives so much to us all the time.
You May not understand Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths”. You may not understand why the Lord is moving this or allowing that but know our job is to trust Him to do what is best for us in every situation, He will direct us. Let us just be alert as the Lord moves in mysterious way.
Just know that God is a Good God now and forever! 💕
